FFGR Swiss is the Helvetic chapter of the Fédération Française de la Grande Remise. We provide private chauffeur, executive protection, VIP concierge and private aviation services across Switzerland. We are committed to the strictest standards of data protection, in line with Swiss FADP and EU GDPR.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our services: full name, contact details, itinerary, billing information and any specific preferences you choose to share. We never collect, store, or process more data than is strictly required.

3. How We Use It

Your data is used exclusively to deliver, invoice and improve the service you have requested. We do not use your data for any form of marketing without your explicit prior consent, and we do not share it with any third party other than service partners under contractual confidentiality.

4. Confidentiality

Every member of our team — chauffeurs, security officers, concierges and administrative staff — operates under a strict NDA. Client data is segmented internally on a need-to-know basis, and physical and digital records are protected by Swiss-grade infrastructure.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, export and restrict the processing of your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, please write to privacy@ffgrswiss.com. We respond within five working days.
