Cars are forbidden in Zermatt. So we operate from Täsch — and from above.
Zermatt has been car-free since 1947. We operate our chauffeur service to Täsch — five minutes from the village by shuttle train — and we offer helicopter relay direct to the Zermatt heliport at Furi.
Direct relationships with the Mont Cervin Palace, The Omnia, Riffelalp Resort 2222m, the Grand Hotel Zermatterhof, CERVO Mountain Resort and the Schweizerhof.
Heli-skiing, glacier expeditions, and direct hotel pickups by helicopter are bookable through our concierge — subject to weather and authority approval.

The Grand Account
Zermatt has been car-free for more than half a century, and the silence is the first luxury you notice. The village climbed to fame in 1865, when Edward Whymper's first ascent of the Matterhorn turned a farming hamlet into the spiritual home of alpinism. Today the dark larch chalets of the Hinterdorf stand a few steps from discreet boutiques and some of the highest-altitude gastronomy in Europe, all beneath that solitary pyramid of rock. The elite return because Zermatt never performs; it simply continues — guides leaving at dawn, church bells over the Bahnhofstrasse, the Matterhorn turning copper at sunset. Few places in the Alps hold their nerve so completely.
From Geneva, your chauffeur follows the A9 along Lake Geneva past Lausanne and the Lavaux terraces, then up the Rhône valley to Visp before the climb into the Mattertal — around three hours and fifteen minutes to Täsch, where the road ends. There, by prior arrangement with your hotel, an electric shuttle or the twelve-minute terminal train completes the journey. The Mercedes V-Class VIP is ideal: skis, mountain luggage and family travel absorbed without compromise. In winter your chauffeur carries chains as standard, monitors Mattertal snowfall through the morning, and confirms your electric carriage with the Mont Cervin Palace before departure. Pressed for time, a helicopter from Geneva reaches Zermatt's heliport in well under an hour.
Stay at the Mont Cervin Palace on the Bahnhofstrasse, at the Omnia's modernist eyrie above the village, or higher still at Riffelalp Resort, Europe's loftiest grand hotel at 2,222 metres. Lunch belongs to Chez Vrony in Findeln, the Matterhorn framed beyond the terrace; dinner to After Seven's starred theatre. Take the first Gornergrat train of the morning in January, when the platforms are empty and the Monte Rosa massif is still pink; return in July for high-mountain walking and the quiet weeks before the festivals. Whatever the season, leave one afternoon unplanned. Zermatt rewards those who simply sit still and watch the mountain.
