Whether you are hosting two for an anniversary or twelve for a private wine pairing, our chefs design the evening with you. Menus are bespoke. Allergens, fasting periods, halal and kosher requirements are accommodated as the standard, not the exception.
Sourcing is direct: Bresse poultry, San Daniele, line-caught turbot, Périgord truffles in season — flown in, never compromised.
A sommelier accompanies on request, with cellar access in Geneva, Zurich and Gstaad.
